Pastor Clyde W. McCray is man who is truly after God’s own heart, as he is most passionate about his relationship with the Lord. Whenever the name Clyde McCray is mentioned, one immediately thinks of his infectious smile and charismatic personality that radiates the spirit of friendship to everyone he meets.

A native of Coushatta, La (Red River Parish), he accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord & Savior in July of 1974 at the Summer Hill BC in Evelyn, La under the leadership of the late Grandison Williams. He further heeded the call of God on his life to preach the Gospel in May 1985. His complete surrender to God to serve as a vessel by which others can be blessed commands the respect of those well beyond his years. He believes the extraordinary gift & responsibility bestowed upon him of preaching and teaching the Gospel is to be always cherished. An enormous dedication to God, unwavering strength and an unshakable faith makes this leader a prayer warrior of great confidence. Repeatedly evidenced by the accommodating spirit that continually precedes him, Clyde McCray is uncompromisingly faithful to both the word of God and the call that has been placed on his life.

He is a graduate of Texas Southern University.  He also attended the United Theological Seminary and Bible College of Shreveport, La and Grambling State University of Grambling, La respectively. In his 36 years of pastoring, he has served numerous congregations of which each has experienced exponential growth spiritually, numerically, and financially.  His latest divine assignment is that of Pastor/Teacher of the Gracious Hope International Church of Houston, Tx.  God continues through the divine leadership of this servant to consistently challenge Christian believers to ascend to new levels in ministry. His leadership style, rich in Godly wisdom consistently promotes maturity in the body of Christ through the concentrated study of God’s Holy word. Through his teaching, Dr. McCray continues to encourage individuals to commit to higher levels of spiritual sensitivity to one another.

His past and present ministerial affiliations include Spiritual Advisor to the Think Tank & Wife Life Ministries, Chairman of Trustees (United Theological Seminary & Bible College), Instructor for United Theological Seminary & Bible College and Shreveport Bible College respectively, just to name a few.  Excited about where God is leading him, this servant of God continues to remain steadfast and unmovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord.   He is married to Valandia M. McCray and is the father of 4 and the grandfather of 9.

Val McCray has a heart and a passion for serving others. She comes from a family deeply rooted in Christian principles and Southern hospitality.  From a very young age, she has watched her parents, grand-parents, even great grand-parents feed, clothe, pray for, and minister to those in need.  Now, as a Christian wife and mother herself, she carries on the rich legacy of her ancestors by serving and nurturing others. Saved and baptized at the tender age of eight, she believes that to serve others is to serve God in a tangible way. "People are hurting and in desperate need of help and I just believe that it is the will of God that we as His children reach beyond ourselves to administer grace and compassion in love and not judgment to help them", she says. As a leader in ministry, her clearly defined purpose is to be a Titus 2 example to women, just as many were to her and #WifeLife Ministries strives to be that example in the earth.

 

She is a member of the Gracious Hope International Church where her husband, Dr. Clyde W. McCray is the Pastor.

Amelia P. Young first and foremost is child of the Most-High God, who loves Him, His word and His people. Amelia attended Houston public schools, graduating from Phyllis Wheatley High School, and later, from Texas State Business School and American Business and Technical Institute. She enjoys married life with her soulmate of fifty-six years, and they share parenting two amazing daughters, grandparents to seven wonderful grandchildren and four beautiful great grands. Amelia loves ministry work and is so proud to have both her daughters and nieces serving with her. She is an accomplished author with four title publications to date. Being retired after twenty-four years in Banking, she enjoys gardening, crafting, fishing, writing and encouraging others. Amelia is a member of Fontaine First Baptist Church; where Rev. John Henry Brown is pastor. Her life summed up – She was born, born again, lives to love, obey God, and serve Him and His people.

Thecia Jenkins is a member of Restoring Hope International Fellowship Church in Webster, Texas and serves under the leadership of Senior Pastors Raymond and Dr. Leola Steward and Associate Pastor Raymond Steward II. She is a licensed minister and the Crisis Intervention Liaison that provides support to families in crisis to connect them to community resources. She is married to Evangelist Stephen Kusi Kwarteng. Her favorite scriptures are Jeremiah 29:11 and Isaiah 26:3

Merneen Spearman is a native Houstonian. Author name "Meme Spearman." She is the wife of Pastor Derrick Spearman and mother of two children. Lady M is passionate about music, ministry and the marketplace. She has made it her business to help women to succeed in all three of these areas. This woman of God is a giver and a lover of God's people. She has over 40 years of experience as a gospel musician, music teacher, praise and worship leader, Minister of Music and vocal training.

In this dispensation of her life, she is focused on helping women to grow in faith and build finances. LadyMbooks was birthed out of the trenches of ministry as she serves a pastor's wife. Meme saw the need for 21st century inspirational Bible study workbooks that would grab the heart and mind of women who desire to learn God's Word and for those who are struggling with spiritual decisions. She has authored over 52 books for women to enjoy.

She is on a life's long journey to help women publish and print their works that God has given for them to write and to help them to do it with ease. Lady M have helped numerous women publish their books and have given scholarships to women who could not do so financially.

Meme is a mentor, a public speaker, master publisher and musician and simply a down home girl who loves God. She has been graced to speak on many platforms, shake the hands of kings and queens of industry and have done so with an humble heart and spirit; with the intentions of glorifying God in all things. 

Phyllis R. Thompson has been married for 30 years and the mother of two adult children.  She is a Texas native.  Her career passions include being an author, adjunct professor and entrepreneur.  Her published books include Joy Comes In The Morning: A Journey Towards Recovery After Grief & Loss, Echoes of Inspiration and Hovering At 1000 Feet: Advice Helicopter Moms Need, But Don’t Really Want To Hear.

She is the Founder & Executive Director of PRTspeaks. Her business is designed to provide interactive workshops and presentations to schools, organizations, youth groups, and businesses. Helping others reach their full potential as leaders is what she really loves to do. Her purpose is to teach emerging leaders to value themselves, increase their performance, and be challenged to influence others.

The topics she covers primarily fall in the categories of customer service, diversity initiatives, empowerment, and leadership. Her work experience has been in the fields of higher education, child abuse prevention, adult education, newspaper advertisement, college recruitment, diversity initiatives and hospitality.

Currently, she resides in Houston, Texas.  She loves rendering community service and staying actively involved as a member of Grace Church of Humble and other local ministries.  Her goal is to serve the Lord and be a servant leader.

Sonia LeBlanc is a native Houstonian. She grew up in the North Forest area where she graduated from M. B. Smiley High School. Sonia has been employed with the Metropolitan Transit Authority for twenty-eight years where she is the Mail Service Supervisor. Sonia has been married to Jerald LeBlanc for 22 years, mother of three, bonus mom of one, and grandmother of three. She is a  Certified Tax Professional for two years. She loves attending church, vacationing with family and friends and helping people.

Lady Sylvia Moore is a native Louisianian. She is married to Pastor Travis Moore, Sr. and the mother of twin daughters and a grandmother. Lady Moore is the First Lady of Seed of Faith Ministries. Sylvia is an anointed praise dancer, and she has the heart of a giver. 

Tammy Nicholas grew up in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She enjoys movies, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends. Tammy received an Associate of Arts degree from College of Biblical Studies in 2019. Tammy is employed as a Senior Workers Compensation Adjuster for Metropolitan Transit Authority for the last 9 years.

Tammy is a member of Abundant Love Christian Center under the leadership of Cornelius & Yolanda Carroll where she currently serves as a Minister and Intercessor.  Nicknamed the “Sniper” by her former pastor, she is anointed to set an atmosphere for prayer and exhortation. A woman that is grateful that God didn’t give up on her when she thought she wanted to be like everyone else and ran from the calling on her life. One of her greatest joys is learning to walk in her identity as a woman of God.  Tammy loves the Lord with her whole heart and believes wholeheartedly in Matthew 16:19 that says And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven. This scripture characterizes her mission by stating “God has given us the ability to pray about any and everything the devil throws at us. We not only have the ability to pray but get victory!”  Tammy believes one of her gifts is the ability to be a source of encouragement, empowerment, and positivity to people in her community.

Chelsea Stone is the First Lady of Abiding Fellowship Christian Church and serves as an assistant principal, dedicating her life to inspiring and uplifting others. Known as an encourager to all, she is passionate about empowering individuals to reach their full potential. Chelsea is married to Pastor Steven Stone, with whom she shares a deep commitment to faith, family, and service. Together, they are blessed with two daughters, Kelsea and Stefani, who bring joy and purpose to their lives.

Ethel Berry is a servant of the Lord. She serves on the prayer ministry team in #WifeLife Ministry and hosts "Whatchu Cookin' Girl?"  I am a member of Gracious Hope International Church, Pastor Clyde McCray.  She is the mother of two. She is the CEO of Chef Ethel's Couture Catering and the author of "Chef Ethel's 30-Minutes Meals."

Sherry Dunlap has been a member of #WifeLife Ministries for five years, serving on the leadership team, lending support in any capacity needed to contribute to its growth and impact. Married to her husband Carl for 24 years, they are blessed with four adult children and four beautiful grandchildren. Through her involvement in the ministry, Sherry has been personally strengthened, particularly in her own marriage, and is passionate about helping others prioritize their marriages by doing it God’s way. An "introverted extrovert," she enjoys spending time with people but prefers to stay out of the spotlight, though she rises to the occasion when needed. Sherry’s favorite activities include shopping, writing, relaxing spa days, and spending quiet time with her family at home. Sherry is honored and deeply grateful for the opportunity to be part of #WifeLife Ministries, where she has a front-row seat to witness and actively contribute to the cultivation of strong, Christ-centered marriages.
